Let Go. A Look Into a Beautiful Song.

Drink up, baby, down
Are you in or are you out?
Leave your things behind
Cause it's all going off without you
Excuse me, too busy
You're writing your tragedy
These mishaps
You bubble wrap
When you've no idea what you're like
So let go, let go
Jump in
Oh well, whatcha waiting for?
It's alright
Cause there's beauty in the breakdown.
{Excerpt from Frou Frou's "Let Go"}.

What a beautiful song. However, I feel the need to interpret it.

I think this perfectly describes what makes people human. When people "break down" or have a emotional breakdown it is usually over a tradgedy or sadness of some kind. There is a strange beauty in this, because the heart of humanity is our emotions. Although it can seem like the world is ending, when you feel like you cant sink any lower, just remember this: in order to feel that level of devastation, you had to have experienced something very very wonderful. Be glad that it happened. There is truly beauty in that.

This song is magical. It really describes life in general, and I think that that is what needs to happen. people just need to realize that sometimes the bad things that happen can actually create this change inside of you that will live on forever.

there is beauty in the breakdown
the most gorgeous line of the song, i think this is hopeful in showing that there is beauty in everything in life, even in a breakdown there is something we can salvage.

I certainly am in awe of this song. Its own beauty is wreaking havoc on my mind and I can't seem to get enough of it. I've certainly grown up on the "It's better to give than receive" saying. But in reality (though it has been spoken of for many-a-time), the whole "giving" thing can't seem to get a grasp on some of society's members. My! how the whole world would be different if we do indeed live by this philosophy of sorts. But maybe that is what Frou Frou was aiming for..? They are a genius band that has emotion pouring out of their mouths in lyrics and harmonies.
"There is beauty in the breakdown".
I also believe that it is beautiful to cry. It is beautiful to spill out emotions and indifferences. Breaking down and giving in to a concsience's well-being is of a unique beauty that one must really consider.
Some songs are screaming for others to listen to them.
Think about it.
